AGCpunto24 is the annual exhibition of the Contemporary Jewelry
OltrAssociation (AGC), featuring over 60 authors, all members of AGC. The showcased works span a wide range of materials (metals, textiles, wood, resins, stones, glass, and paper) and techniques, from ancient goldsmithing practices like niello or mokume-gane to digital technologies and additive manufacturing.
The AGC, Contemporary Jewelry Association, is a non-profit organization founded in Trieste in 2004 to promote research-based jewelry in a constructive and synergistic dialogue with national artistic realities, while maintaining close connections with the international community.
Now spread throughout Italy, with its base between Milan and Padua, AGC also has numerous members in other countries, including Spain, the UK, Germany, France, Austria, the US, Argentina, Japan, and Korea. The association values quality and promotes the culture of contemporary jewelry through exhibitions, seminars, research projects, and publications, encouraging shared and collaborative methodological approaches.
AGCpunto24 – Special Edition
In celebration of AGC’s 20th anniversary, this year’s exhibition/happening is part of a special circuit, featuring three events from July to November in collaboration with various spaces and galleries across Italy and Spain.
The event kicked off with the opening of the first exhibition in July in Sanremo, hosted by La Mongolfiera Art Gallery, in collaboration with Laboratorio Lunamante.
Two separate selections of works have been on display since September at the enchanting Personal Gallery in Tarragona’s historic center, and now in Milan at Archivio Negroni, a space dedicated to the arts, techniques, and discussions on contemporary jewelry.

AGCpunto24: A Contemporary Story Twenty Years in the Making
With oversight by curators, all active within AGC, the exhibition reflects the association’s two decades of cultural promotion and community development in contemporary jewelry. The pieces on display provide a current perspective on the activities of its members.
The exhibition circuit is coordinated by Eliana Negroni, the current president of AGC, who oversees the setup and presentation of the exhibitions in collaboration with hosting institutions.
Numerous Italian and international artists from the association who have joined the initiative are expected to attend the various venues—offering a unique opportunity to explore the diverse and dynamic world of contemporary jewelry up close.
